Real Madrid attacker Karim Benzema has reportedly had enough of being blamed for his club’s problems in front of goal this season, and pointed out that Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane are just as much to blame.
According to Spanish media Diario Gol , Benzema, has sought out Real president Florentino Perez to make his frustrations known after a run of just two goals in 13 appearances this season.

Benzema, 29, was substituted 14 minutes from the end of Real’s goalless draw in the Madrid derby with Atleti on Saturday evening , a result which leaves them 10 points behind leaders Barcelona.
But according to the report, he feels as though he has had enjoy better form if Ronaldo wasn’t drifting into his area of the pitch more often.
Ronaldo has scored just once in the league this season, but Benzema feels as though Zidane is indulging the Portuguese because of his superstar status and pursuit of the Ballon d’Or.
And he is now said to be fed up of that, complaining to Perez that he could look to leave should he status at the club not change.
The former Lyon man has been at the Bernabeu since 2009, scoring 182 goals in 378 appearances for Los Blancos.
It was reported that Diego Simeone and Zinedine Zidane saw their side execute a tactical masterclass as Atletico and Real played a goalless draw in the first Madrid derby of the season.
